Paleo Breakfast 1-21-2012


This morning we had

Confetti Eggs

8 eggs

1/2 Lb nitrate free sausage

Desired amount of onions and bell peppers

Scramble eggs, in a separate skillet cook sausage, when sausage is done combine with eggs, saute onions and peppers in sausage skillet with sausage bits remaining, combine with egg and sausage mixture. Serve with fruit of choice. Easy peasy :)

  2. I get my nitrate free pork from different places, check www.localharvest.org just put in your zip code and see if their are local farms in your area that offer pork. I am sure they are not raised as humanely as the local farmers but their are also national brands that are selling in major grocery stores including, johnsonville's italian sausage, oscar myer nitrate free products, hormel naturals, and aidell's sausage.
